water heater flue pipe missing in new frisco home

I found this during a 1-yr warranty home inspection in Frisco,TX .  The water heater flue pipe on the left was not attached, allowing gas combustion fumes (including Carbon Monoxide) to blow directly into the water heater closet.  It was an easy fix, but was a real safety hazard.
